Both the 5km trail with tracks made this morning and the 10km trail with DIY tracks are suitable for double poling. The 5km track is not great for the diagonal technique since the sides have worn away and the track often are sloped. The 10 km track although better than 5km is also not so great for diagonal since the tracks are not sufficiently compacted.
